I work at a place that is open for business 24/7 - holidays and all. Lucky me, I work overnights and weekends. So, my "weekends" are actually Sunday evening - Wednesday morning. It's these days that I am referring to in the title of this post.
When I envisioned starting a blog I decided I wasn't going to do it unless I updated it frequently. Otherwise it would just be a waste of cyberspace. So, that's why there are several posts a day here. But, as you may have noticed, on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and sometimes Wednesdays, the posts become non-existent. Let me just say there are several reasons why that happens. First and foremost, I am lazy on the weekends. Secondly, I spend the weekends at my other house (long story) and the internet connection from there is dial-up (yuck!) instead of high-speed. Thirdly, the internet connection from there is dial-up.
Yes, I know I repeated that last statement twice, but after spending all week using high-speed I am never very interested in using the dial-up. Plus, I work with computers all night at my job. So, I spend my weekends away from the computer. Everytime I get back to work on Wednesday night, I notice how sad my blog looks without any recent activity. And for that I apologize. But at least now you can understand why it happens.

if I stayed in Springfield for the weekends I would have way too many people down south upset with me.
