Yesterday, former/current/wannabe pop star Britney Spears attracted quite a crowd as she stopped by a tattoo parlour in LA. But it wasn't the tattoo of lips that she got on her wrists that was causing people to stare. It was the fact that she arrived completely bald. That's right, she's gone from no panties to no hair. Will she ever not be in the news?
